Cancelled

The Jonesboro Parks and Recreation Department regrets having to announce the cancellation of the XTERRA: Iron Will 2010.  Since putting on our first XTERRA event many years ago, this race has become our favorite event that we put on each year.  It has always been a very labor intensive event, but the participants and the culture of XTERRA have made it a very rewarding experience for us. 

We are having to cancel the event due to a large amount of damage done to our trail system and race course.  The damage is extensive enough that we do not have the available staff and time to repair it by our scheduled race date.  We will be repairing the trail over the next few months and have already begun looking forward to the event in 2011.

I hope this cancellation has not inconvenienced anyone and hope you will return in 2011.
